There will now be a meeting in half term NEXT WEDNESDAY, 2pm @ The Space (next to Loughton Library, Traps Hill) to discuss plans for the LOUGHTON SKATE PARK.
The main Officer for the Council will be there, along with the Chairman of their Recreation Committee.
Recently Loughton Town Council publicly said that a skate park was their 'Number 1 priority' for the new financial year & they have £42,000 of their own money to put into the project.
This meeting will update on plans since the popular consultation event back in October which attracted over 300 visitors.
It will be a forum to raise ideas & points re: the build of the park & discuss other funding ideas.
We are hoping to be joined by someone from "Fearless Ramps" who built local parks in Leytonstone and Romford & after the meeting we will be making a site visit to Willingale Road (allotment site) for anyone interested in coming along.
Please make a effort to TURN UP
and GIVE IDEAS ...
any questions - drop me a line.
Best
